Rice Cultivation Tour

Leave your Hotel or Villa for Klungkung, a small town located on north-east of Denpasar. Brief stop will take place in Kerta Gosa Court of Justice and local market. Proceed to Tenganan, an ancient “Bali Aga” village where pre-Hindu ritual is still preserve. It continues for a Lunch at local restaurant. Observe the local people at work in the rice fields, using their simple traditional tools. (Modern equipment is generally not suitable, due to the small size of the rice fields). There will also be an opportunity to watch the making of “Arak”, a strong alcoholic drink, and to observe local people in their daily activities. Before you return to the Villa, we will stop a while at Goa Lawah.
